Past
I’ve always loved building and drawing since I was a kid, which naturally led me to explore design more seriously. I went on to study Graphic Design at the Art Institute of Vancouver, where I developed a foundation in visual communication and storytelling. After graduating, I worked in design agencies on branding, packaging, and digital experience projects. These early experiences taught me how clarity, structure, and emotional connection shape meaningful design.
Present
I currently work as a Senior Designer on Apple’s iOS design team, designing interfaces and systems for native applications used by millions of people every day. Designing at this scale has sharpened my attention to detail and deepened my understanding of how small design decisions influence everyday behavior. My current practice focuses on usability, precision, and creating experiences that feel intuitive and reliable.
Future
Looking ahead, I’m interested in bringing digital design thinking into the physical world, particularly everyday objects that quietly support daily life. I am interested in designing products that are intuitive, durable, and built to last. Through further study in product design, I aim to expand my practice beyond the screen and develop a more holistic approach that integrates digital systems with physical making.
